Uracha Chatrakul Ayudhya is Senior Lecturer in HRM/Organizational Behaviour. She is Co-Editor of Work, Employment and Society (ABS 4*) and Co-Associate Editor of Community, Work and Family. Uracha joined Middlesex University Business School as Lecturer in HRM/Organizational Behaviour in 2007 and became Senior Lecturer in 2011.
