Nathalie van Meurs (D.Phil. University of Sussex) is a Senior Lecturer at Middlesex University Business School and recipient of AoM 2016 and BAM 2008 Best Paper Awards. Research expertise is cultural values, identity and person-environment fit. She is the leader of 'Management Perspectives', a course focused on cross cultural management and ethics on bespoke Masters for Worldpay and MBA programmes.
