Dr Rea Prouska joined Middlesex University Business School in 2006 and is now a Senior Lecturer in Human Resource Management. She has a MSc in HRM and a PhD with a specialization in outsourcing HR activities from the University of Manchester. Parallel to her PhD studies, Rea was also employed as a seminar leader in Manchester Business School and as a research assistant for University of Manchester funded research projects. Her research interests are in HRM practices in South and South-Eastern Europe, quality of working life and organisational change. Rea is an Academic Member of the CIPD and a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
