Cartoon contest DICACO 2012 theme "New Eco City"held in December 5th 2012 .A Theme Winner with two cartoons under that heading,held at the Metropolitan City Daejeon Cartoon Museum.The contest had work from 507 cartoonists who sent 1,408 cartoons from 54 different Nations
