Abstract
A critical analysis of the decision of the Court of Appeal in Veakins v Kier Islington Ltd [2009] EWCA 1288. In this case the court had to decide whether the treatment that the claimant had received from her manager amounted to actionable harassment and, if so, whether her employers should be liable for the wrongdoing of their manager.
