"When we began reviewing this book, we expected a theoretical prescription of HR practices, using standardised project management methodologies as a framework. Instead, we were pleasantly surprised to find a discussion about real practices and solutions instead of patronising prescriptions of best practices. This is not a book about best practices; it is a book about why and how to practice better HR management in projects." [First paragraph of review].
