Abstract
Series of ten mono-colour relief prints on a contemporary update of the 18th Century electoral scam of boroughs with a small population or area owned by a family that could send the eldest son into government by fixing the election of such a small populated constituency. These works were a contemporary view of the helpless situation that many urban populations felt themselves in during the late 1980s to the present day. They were also a reflection on the state of modern Britain that has suffered major economic and social changes that feel that they may overwhelm society and many post war values that have come under ideological question. Ten mono print works in the series.
