Abstract

For developing countries to participate actively in the global knowledge-economy, it is essential that their people acquire relevant skills and knowledge, E-learning, simply defined as 'learning through the internet', has been identified as an efficient knowledge transfer mechanism, it is one of many applications that has evolved from the broader E-commerce concept. Specifically, it is one of the e-services provided to consumers in business-to-consumer (B2C) E-commerce transactions, which concern knowledge dissemination.
