Abstract
Examines the Report of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission 2004. Considers the relationship between the Truth and Reconciliation Commission and the Special Court including competition for resources and staff, jurisdiction and witness issues. Discusses the case of Hinga Norman who had been indicted before the Special Court and who was requested to appear before the Truth and Reconciliation Commission.
