Abstract
This paper reports on the use of social media technologies to spread the message of Middlesex Universityʼs Annual Learning and Teaching Conference. Strategies for interaction and dissemination were aimed at reaching beyond those attending the event, and this paper considers the selection of the technologies used and, importantly, those not used. The resulting dissemination is explained in some detail. Finally, suggestions for future actions are outlined.
