Abstract
This manual and the database it accompanies have been produced to facilitate the exchange of data between institutions participating in the International Information System on Cultural Development.
It is based on and fully compatible with the data elements which have been devised for the Common Communication Format for Information on Cultural Development which is in turn based on the Common Communication Format (CCF/B and CCF/F).
