Abstract
Most textbooks on Traditional Chinese External Medicine neglect to discuss about abscesses. This is possibly due to either limited bibliography in English dealing with this condition, or the limited number of patients coming to the clinic with abscesses.
In this paper, we report a case of abscess, which was seen at the Asante Clinic of Middlesex University. We will follow the history and cause of treatment of the case, discuss the syndrome differentiation of this individual and provide a number of formulae that can be useful for this condition.
