Abstract

This keynote will focus on Technical BIM management skills to supervise your own team or coordinate between interdisciplinary teams. Examples of problems in information management within 3D models will be showcased, and options of solutions will be proposed and explained using Revit and Navisworks as software, in addition to workflow and process solutions. This is applicable for any technical design work during all phases of the asset lifecycle, whether design phases, bidding, construction phase, manufacturing or FM phase.
