Learning outcomes
At the end of this chapter, readers should be able to:
1. Understand the impact of visual and non-visual content and trustworthiness on travelers’ experience.
2. Recognize the impact of travelers’ experience on loyalty, reputation, satisfaction, and passion.
3. Explain the role that the demographics of travelers (age, education, occupation, and age) play in such associations, and suggests a conceptual research framework along with research tenets.
