Abstract
Latest results from a large survey of flood warning recipients, allowing the Environment Agency to recalibrate its flood warning benefits model (which was pioneered by Parker in 1991) which underpins the £300m flood warning investment strategy for England and Wales. Also makes a contribution to hazard response theory.
