Abstract

Ethics is not an exact science; rather, it is a conscious mindset as opposed to a strict procedure that one follows legalistically. Additionally, in practitioner research, there are very specific issues that can arise when carrying out research in the context of the workplace. This chapter explores ethical issues in research by examining the general procedural principles, and then considers the challenges of micro ethics in these contexts.
