Abstract
This pioneering research assessed the development and use of a telemedicine facility to integrate respiratory health response and environmental stimuli. Original GIS and object-orientated databases were designed to locate and compile environmental information about the patients' location Lung function and lifestyles in the study areas of London and Barcelona.
