Abstract

An international web cartoon competition on the theme of the plight of refugees .The contest want to reflect the growing problems created in the Middle East , wars , political oppression and poor prospects which has driven people to try and escape into Europe or any country that will offer help.The cartoons would also reflect the lost of life to the sea , overcrowded boats and criminals involved.One of three British cartoonist involved
