Abstract
This paper presents an online survey application that helps researchers to create online questionnaires, collect data, and
analyse results easily. The development of the system follows Unified Process, where the workflow of requirements,
analysis, design, implementation and testing are carried out respectively. The system has been implemented with high
quality using various techniques, programming languages and tools. It has also been tested by users and the feedback is
positive. The software can be found as an Open Source at http://surveyexpert.sf.net.
