Abstract
The differentiator between working groups and teams is explored through the frame of transdisciplinarity and specifically need for the problem to be addressed to be difficult enough and of sufficient important to warrant addressing through team effort. This identification of such issues as transdisciplinary and therefore needing specific support is novel and provides a way of identifying the specific needs of team coaching.
