Abstract

Conceptual international cartoon competition in Presov , Slovakia .On the theme of Corruption .Large international selection of over twenty countries on a contest with cartoons on the various interruption of Corruption -a theme taken up by many cartoonists to be the miss use of funds .Many international stories of political ,governmental and business narratives of corrupt use of public and commercial monies .The examples continue to flood in that year and on into areas of personal public figures the following year.
