Abstract
‘Language and law’ is an increasingly researched and studied interdisciplinary field. In this volume, we offer an introductory, one-stop practical guide to that field. In forty interlocking units aimed at undergraduate students, with associated tasks and short excerpts from leading published work, we show how important language is in the formation, operation and understanding of law.
