Abstract

Osten is a recognizable name through the world of cartoon and drawing on paper since 1945 .The organization hold regular competitions in the Gallery Osten judged by international jury of artists ,academics and gallerists .Cartoonists entered work from 40 different countries on the theme of Summer Holidays.
