Abstract
This chapter outlines a case study of a Master's in Education online learning community and an attempt is made to describe this from the experiences of different participants, notably the Director, instigator and theorist, the learning assistant/technician tasked with supporting it, the associated staff, and not least the experience of students using the online community.
