Abstract
Technological innovation needs to address issues of diversity in higher education in order to achieve learning of a desirable quality. This paper maps the transforming landscape of diversification in higher education and propositions that the tradition of integrative education may provide useful directions to the development of future curricula, particularly with the integration of learning technologies. Innovative case studies are demonstrated in that respect and the nature of such interventions is debated. Finally, future trends of the field development are outlined.
