Manuel Alector Ribeiro is an Associate Lecturer in Marketing and Tourism, joining the Middlesex University Business School in November 2016. Prior to this, Manuel Alector has many years’ experience working in the hospitality industry at the managerial level both in the UK and abroad. Manuel holds an MSc in Tourism Management and Development at the University of Algarve (Portugal) and he is finishing his PhD in Tourism Studies at the same institution. Also, he holds a BA in Translation Studies at the Polytechnique Institute of Castelo Branco (Portugal).
