Abstract

This handbook serves as a companion for participants in a full-day e-learning professional training course. The e-learning professional training course aims to meet current training needs and will incorporate identified policies and guidelines. Areas of training include (i) e-learning content and more specifically design issues, media types, as well as learning & communication styles, (ii) e-Learning Process focusing on good practice in learning design, assessment, reviewing material, quality assurance, copyright and plagiarism.
