Abstract

It is becoming vital to have a credible framework for 'people-related' measures within an enterprise. Better decisions flow from a more accurate assessment of human assets; and future reporting requirements are likely to focus increasingly on the softer aspects of business ... This Good Practice Guideline sets out the issues involved in measuring human capital, and suggests areas on which the finance function should concentrate.
